Our mission is to help people lead rich, meaningful and fulfilling lives by sharing the tools, strategies and practical wisdom of Mindfulness.

We believe that Mindfulness provides a solid and sustainable foundation for healthy relationships, connected communities and thriving organisations.

Having worked with hundreds of individuals and organisations across Australia and beyond, we have seen first hand how Mindfulness can be a powerful catalyst for change at both an individual and organisational level.

This practical experience, combined with years of training and study in evidence-based Mindfulness teaching and coaching, informs all of our services and the resources which support them.

Paul’s story

I am living proof that the tools and practices of Mindfulness have the capacity to transform people’s lives for the better.

After 15 years in the cut-throat, high-stress world of daily news journalism I was completely burnt out – mentally, emotionally and physically.

The end of a significant relationship in difficult circumstances was the final straw, sending me into a downward spiral of depression, anxiety and insomnia.

I had been meditating off and on for some years prior to this, but finding myself in this difficult place led me to focus on Mindfulness in a new way.

Over the following weeks, months and years, Mindfulness helped me to come out of this dark place and to transform my life.

I learnt to bring warm awareness to my challenging thoughts, emotions and difficult experiences rather than getting tossed around by them like a cork in the ocean. I developed the inner resources of calm, clarity and resilience that helped me to navigate the difficult time I was having.

Today, I continue to receive the profound benefits of Mindfulness and discover new ones. Mindfulness has become a key pillar in my life, the foundation for my work, my relationships and the way I show up in the world.

It is my desire to share these benefits with others that motivates me to teach Mindfulness and to help people through one-on-one coaching and counselling.
